The conference centre could not be shut for the works to be carried out, so dust and noise had to be kept to a minimum.
The works had to be split into two halves to allow the offices to remain open at the same time. Beautiful Basements waterproofed one half, it was then converted, and the offices moved, we then returned to waterproof the remaining half.
The basement was stripped out and all structural changes made before Beautiful Basements came in to waterproof all external walls and floor.
Everything was linked to a sump and pumping station, located in one of the offices.
The basement was then fully converted to allow for new, dry offices to be fit out.
