Project Details
The basement was first stripped of all previous finishing materials and taken back to its original substrate. From there a new sump was installed and linked to the rest of the basement with perimeter channels. The walls were lined with a cavity drainage membrane and linked into the perimeter drains so water could drain into the sump.
Once waterproofed, the basement could then be fit out to include a bedroom, cinema, utility room and WC.
