Underground waterproofing takes various forms. When it comes to having a space underground in your property, it can often feel like a double edged sword. It is a good amount of space, but in the back of your mind you can’t help but think about water ingress or flooding.
At Beautiful Basements understands this concern and have spent 20+ years designing and installing waterproofing systems. All our senior staff are certified surveyors in structural waterproofing (CSSW) have vast experience when it comes to designing systems to stop damp or water ingress.
This is the bedrock of our work and is the most important part of any underground project. Get it wrong and it’s only a matter of time before water gets in. Beautiful Basements is independent of manufacturers, so we have no product agenda and will always specify the best product and system for your needs.
We can install a simple underground water management system just to stop your space flooding, or we can provide a comprehensive membrane system with associated humidity control suitable for archive storage. Installations can be provided on their own or as part of a sub-contract for larger works.
