CHAS
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is a health and safety accreditation scheme that is trusted in the construction industry. To obtain the CHAS accreditation companies must apply for the accreditation to prove that their business is health and safety compliant within every area of the business.
The CHAS online database helps people to showcase that we meet the required health and safety standards. The CHAS accreditation demonstrates to all of our potential clients that we are trustworthy, safe and a reliable contractor.
Property Care Association
The Property Care Association (PCA) is the trade association representing specialists across the UK who can be trusted to resolve problems affecting buildings. PCA members have met strict membership criteria to demonstrate their technical competence and service delivery standards and can investigate and resolve property defects.
The PCA is also the agency that issues the qualification Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing to designers and those involved in the basement industry. Beautiful Basements has three CSSW surveyors.
Trustmark Scheme
TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme covering work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home. When a consumer uses a TrustMark Registered Business, they know they are engaging an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards, and has made a considerable commitment to good customer service, technical competence and trading practices.
Quality Assured National Warranties
Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW) supply home owners with the peace of mind that the project you have invested in is safe.
Workmanship guarantees set out the contractor’s obligation to remedy any defects in installations they have fitted, but this doesn’t mean that they will always be around to carry out the amends for you. Installation companies can ‘cease to trade’ for many reasons, including retirement, illness or a new career choice.
The purpose of an insurance backed guarantee is to honour the terms of the installing contractor’s own guarantee, where unfortunately the installing contractor has ceased to trade and is therefore unable to satisfy remedial claims made against their workmanship guarantee.
If a homeowner finds themselves in a situation where they have a defect in their installation and their installing contractor has ceased to trade, they can claim against the insurance backed guarantee and have the issue rectified, in some cases, free of charge.

We ensure all senior staff are qualified designers of waterproofing systems, all operatives are competent… and EVERYONE in the company adheres to our way of working..
